This is the Brabus "Black Edition" Unimog. This debuted in 2005 at the Dubai Auto show as an option for extremely wealthy individuals who need something to race across the desert while sipping on their latte. The well known aftermarket tuning company Brabus has taken a U500 and turned it into the ultimate Unimog. Someday I think this is what I would like to be driving....I know impractical right? But its just so cool.
